how is the property divided between sisters if one of them opt to keep the property
A.Just get the fair value MARKET selling PRICE with the HIGHEST & LOWEST Current market rate of the property . make middle price of HIGHEST & LOWEST Current market rate. So if 1 sister wants to keep the property she should pay the balanced amount to other sister & get a release deed registered for the same.
