How to cancel notarized agreement
My father, me, my 2 brothers and my 1 sister make an agreement on how to divide the property in the future (now it is under construction) and is notarized.
On one side of the party is my father (giver) and on the other side me and my siblings
(recipient).
But after the notary I feel that I am not satisfied, because there is not 1: 1: 1: 1 ratio.
So now how do I cancel or challenge this notarized agreement. Or the validity of a notarized contract.
Please suggest me any suggestions
Thank you
A.Hi,
If you father and siblings are unwilling to restructure the same, you can try arbitration or mediation to persuade them to grant you a more equitable share.

A.Hi,
You will have to request your father and siblings to restructure the agreement.
If you wish to obtain an equal share, you can file a suit for partition if there is no sole owner of the property.

A.As per the rule you all should get equal share irrespective of any agreement from ur fathers share for 2 brothers and 1 sister. Tell father to make a NEW AGREEMENT making certain corrections. Also you can make the changes NOW as property is in under construction. The agreement made needs to be reviewed to arrive at final conclusion.
