Property sale
We have undivided our ancestors property. Can my mother give her undivided share to me?

A. Hi,
Yes, you can since you are another owner of the property. Release of rights over inherited property by an owner (your mother) in favour of another owner (you) can be done through a relinquishment deed or a release deed.
