A.1. the moratorium is available on specific demand and on selected loans,
2. if you have applied for the moratorium and the loan is under the scheme, you can take the defense, else clear all debts to avoid any legal complications,

A.If you have obtained the moratorium facilities as per their policy, you may file a consumer complaint about such unfair trade practice.
