Dear Sir
My grandfather died in 2002, my father was died in 2007. My grandfather has three sons and one daughter. My grandfather property was shared unevenly by remaining two sons, only small house was given behalf of my father to our family on jan 2013. Can I book case, for uneven distribution of property. Kindly please suggest a positive advice.
