Hello sir/madam
My father had some land near by road.he entered into an agreement to one of his friend to build a shop and partion among themselves equally.but after agreement his friend had bulid only pillars and base ment and left uncompleted and my father put money constructed completely and given for possession of shop later on recently govt road extension the shop was partly destroyed and later they have left it due to changed plan.and my father bulit again claimed completely.the other party had hired some rowdies and occupied forcefully in a threating way the part earlier given to him.

A.1) Sir you have not mention from which state and which city you are from?
2) What plan was done and what was changed?
3) how much Sq.feet you have not mentioned it at all which land has gone in the road extension you have not mention? Did you get compensation from Government for the lost land?
4) In how many square feet and you are saying rowdies have occupied it forcefully who has given the rowdies to come and stay over there...
5) Use legal support and also some political pressure to vacate your land and take repossession of the same.

A.The said agreement already expired you may approach civil court and get stay order. Never say your possession is gone. On the basis of court order restore possession.

A.Dear client
You can lodge FIR against opposite party.Moreover you father can file suit for cancellation of agreement and for possession before civil court.
