Extra land registry

We have 15*60 site with our registration,
We have beside 3*60 vacant gap between us another land (30*60)
This 3*60 have no name , how we can register to our name , any suggestions!!!
Neighborhood also fight with us for land ,
We build full house for our registration land 15*60 .....
