I got subdivision in patta of my ancestral property with breakage and there is no pathway to road but other members of the property got patta subdivision with straight land till the road now I want to cancel my subdivision patta and reapply for straight subdivision how to do and how long will it take if applied?

A.Dear Sir,
You can approach concerned higher authority in revenue or survey department if they do not cooperate or reject then you can approach the Civil Court.

A.You will have to apply to the municipal corporation in case of major cities or to the gram panchayat, tahsildar office in case of villages for or the subdivision patta of the main road it will take approximately 90 days as per the schedule of the timings.
