Divorce case me mutual understanding se agar mahila thane me samjhauta 5 lack rupee me hua h to uska demand draft party ko kaise hand over kiya jata h ??
A.Hi Will you get divoce decree from mahila thane of course not .Without completing the mutual divorce process in the court your divorce is not valid.All the amt by DD is given in front of honourable judge.

A.You need to file Mutual Consent Divorce (MCD) based on the terms arrived at Mahila Thana and give the DD to her in the Court on the date of final hearing, the details of which has to be captured in MCD

A.make D.D In the fever of other party name. like if u are making D.D. Then make it in the name of your divorced wife.

A.Never give any amount in DD form also in police stations . File mutual divorce and deposit the amount in the Court.
