Due to some different situations I got married a women , but her diverse case going on , how can I handle this situation, I want legal support
A.Hi,, Only after getting decree of divorce.She will be able to remarry before this it is not legal.

A.Hello Sir,
your marriage is not valid because your wife has not yet divorced, so tell your wife to get a mutual divorce degree from the court and after that you can marry her again and register your marriage legally.
