i am daughter and lived in my parents property from 15 years with my two brothers in separate floor. But i want my floor papers for further future. But my brother denied to give me papers. I think property is not freehold property and in its name of my mother. what i do?
A.Get file a suit for partition.

A.if the property is on mother's name then she is the absolute owner of the property and can bequeath the same as per her wish,
