My home is behind to others plot but they are not giving me path for main road. How can I go with law to take proper solution on it?

See old documents/maps/village map/blue print etc then fight for it. It is ease mentary right cannot be denied.

A.Yes you can move to court for ur right for common passage. Encroaching comman path or passage is tort and criminal offence too. Contact for legal assistance

A.You cannot enforce as a Right to path to main road, if there is no passage in your property records.It is better to move your local ward member,Society, Nagar sevak, Corporator as the case may be and the other authorities.
