My grandmother(expired 1 year back) had written the will and registered the house property in 2003. Legal heirs are her 3 daughters as per the document registered and my mother is one among them(2nd daughter). Problem is the house is not yet divided, my aunt i.e.3rd daughter is not vacating the house but rented out our portion and another aunt 2nd daughter portion. She s enjoying with our money and ready to vacate the house. Also, her husband has few local politicians influence. Please help me how to get our portion.

A.Apply for probate in the court along with a copy of the will, death certificate and other relevant documents. Basis the application and documents the court will issue the probate in the name of the executor and the property will be divided accordingly.
