Neighbor from hell Neighbor from hell

Dear Members,
My name is Ajay, I work as a senior project manager for a reputed MNC.
Due to covid, I decided to comeback to my ancestral house.
As the house is old, I am doing some small time repairs with in my house.
But unfortunately we are suffering from neighbor's from hell.
If nothing he creates disturbance everytime I take any minor repairs at home.
Now that I will be staying there for long term, I am planning to completely build a new house on the same property.
I am afraid this neighbor from hell is going to create lot of problems during the construction of new house.
How can I stop/avoid him from creating disturbance ?
Kindly provide any suggestions or ideas I can take up ahead before starting the construction plan.
Best regards,
Ajay

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you are troubled by your neighbor, better issue a legal notice describing all sorts of troubles he made and advice him if he don’t stop the same you will initiate legal actions against him, later you file a petition in court praying to restrain your neighbor from interfering your construction work

A.Respected client,
You can warn your neighbor. If the situation is still the same, you can lodge a legal complaint to a local authority citing your neighbors activities which are creating nuisance and causing disturbance in the construction of your house.
