Hi, The property(flat) which I will be buying, I don't see Survey No 87 and 119 in dharani portal (https://dharani.telangana.gov.in/knowLandStatus). is this prohibited one ? I have already given advance amount to the seller and then suddenly Telangana government stopped the registration . Also the property has no BRS(I didn't know) and the seller said he has applied BRS for this. Property Details ============= Plot bearing Nos.186/Part & 187/Part, in Survey Nos. 87 and 119, Situated at : PUPPALGUDA VILLAGE, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State. It is almost 2 months from the date of agreement Do let me know, what I will do now ?shall I cancel the deal?

A.Dear client
There is no clarity in your agreement. By reading your facts I think the property is not an approved property. In my view better to take back your advance. If the seller is denies to give your advance file a civil suit in the court of law.

A.Hello,
According to the facts which you have mentioned, there is a lack of clarity in the agreement, and if you feel there is something which needs to be clarified do contact other party if no such clarity is given, you can ask the other party to return your advance money and if other party denies you can proceed with legal proceedings.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you paid advance to unapproved property, better to purchase approved properties to avoid future legal troubles, take back your advance and search for approved property
