My husband filed divorce in 2011. Hearings were done. Finally he gave 4 lakhs for mutual out of court Nd submitted dat papers in court . But he said he will give 6 lakhs. So I told judge dat I will divorce him if he gives balance 2 lakhs. Judge also didn’t give any conclusion. Then he told me dat we will rejoin again and we will take back d case. In 2015 he withdrew case . For 6 months he was together again and again he took away my 12 yrs son from me in 2015 in my order copy it says case withdrawn. He says divorce done. How can I win this case pls. I hav a 12 yr daughter wit me. He is giving maintance for her pls help me. Now I hav filed for copy application of d papers in which judge wrote everytng. Can dat help me. Pls help me

A petition could be filed in court stating that the orders by the court have not been executed.

A.Hello,
You may File a petition in the court stating that the order given by the court has not been executed.
