how much time it takes in bangalore for exparte divorce ?

A.first of all, exparte divorce is granted when other spouse not comes to court.
the timeline depends on city/state and also case. so we can tell average time is 6 months to 18 months.

also, exparte divorce can be challenged also.

A.Dear Sir,
There is no fixed time limit to dispose ex-parte divorce case but all family cases to be disposed of within 12 months as per the circular and you can approach High Court and get time bound directions to the Family Court to dispose your case otherwise it will be kept in cold storage for next few years.

A.Hi,
The ex-parte divorce in India takes the time which is required to follow the complete procedure by the Family Court.
This whole procedure may take anytime 6 months – 1.5 year all depending where the court summon is to be sent to the opposite party/respondent and how that party reacts or responds or remains out of the court proceedings.
However, the exact time varies from case to case.

A.Hi,
The ex-parte divorce in India takes the time which is required to follow the complete procedure by the Family Court, like sending the court summon to opposite party/respondent, wait for the reply if any being filled or the service done for the notice/summon of the court sent to the opposite party/respondent.
This whole procedure may take anytime 6 months – 1 year all depending on various factors.
