In trial court my divorce application is uncontested and dismissed. I have filed case in HC, it's been more than month I filed in HC. stage is still pending for admission, how much time it will take to get admitted?

A.Dear Sir,
High Court will take 2-3 years to dispose your case finally but you may take interim orders which are appropriate and for this purpose you have to wait for next 2-3 months.

A.how you managed to get your own application dismissed which was uncontested ?
if it was uncontested then how it got dismissed.
