we are buying property, the seller parents made a partition or divided the property in 2018 for his 3 children but in 2019 they have gifted the 2nd son property to 1st son and they have not changed the partition or divided papers is it k can we buy or it will be any problems

A.Hi,
For constituting a valid sale, the transferor must be the owner of the property and he must have a legal title to it.
