A.Hi,
In case one’s spouse is not ready for mutual consent divorce and he/she has valid reasons to get divorce. he/she can file contested divorce in the court having jurisdiction. The court after looking at all the facts and circumstances may grant divorce.

A.Hi,
You can file your divorce papers with the court, and your wife can argue against as many points in the agreement as she wants to.
She may make it difficult to reach an agreement on child support, alimony, the division of property, parenting arrangements, and more.
These negotiations can run on for a long time.
