I was the mediator in bike sale it's been a almost a year and buyer did not transferred the bike to his name owner is threatening me of complaing the police that he will lodge missing complaint.Wil the police arrest me?.(PS: No delivery note or form 28or photo)

A.Hi,
It was the responsibility of the buyer and the seller for the ownership change and not the mediator. It is advisable to have a conference call with all and let them know your part was limited to the sale only. The police cannot arrest you without proof that you have done any fraud or deceit.

A.Hi,
The police cannot arrest you as you were only a mediator. It is advisable that you inform your part to the owner and tell him to contact the previous owner and sort it out between them as you have no role in this after sale procedure.

A.tell the old owner that he is welcome to file missing complaint of bike after selling it.
giving false complaint is crime.
you give the number of buyer to seller.
let the seller handle this.
