Mental harassment by Co-operative housing society Managing committee? Mental harassment by Co-operative housing society Managing committee?

Hello sir,
I need your guidance as I need to file a mental harassment case against the managing committee of a housing society where I own a flat.
These guys have been imposing a security deposit on our tenant, going against deputy registrar's order and being stubborn and in denial; refusing entry to our tenant into the building / to occupy our house.
We have been facing this harassment since the last couple of years and are really frustrated with them now. Could you please help ? I want to take the legal route and claim compensation for mental harassment. I have all evidence over e-mail. Thank you.

A.if they are going against deputy registrar order then it means dog gone mad.
a mad dog biting its own master can not be shot by emails.
first you directly call 100 and ask police to facilitate entry.
police will and make them follow the order.
after that you file case in consumer court claiming compensation.

Hope this clarifies,
