If the registration of ancestral property ( agriculture land) is executed by the father, what procedure can be followed by the buyer to further update the registration with the consent of the sons & daughters who also have the legal right to the property, assuming there is support from sons and daughters?

A.Hi,
Without the consent of the children the father cannot sell the property. If the children have given their consent then a sale deed mentioning the details of the owner as well as the successors is to be signed and executed in favour of the buyer.

A.Hi,
The properties of the paternal ancestors can sold with the consent of the successors. A sale deed is to be made where even the successors sign their consent.
