Society patta is valid

I have purchased one land in jaipur 2015 in installment form one builder under society of rajhans co- operative hosting society. now installment is over and we have found this society is cancelled by jaipur development authority in 2018 and now builder given me allotment latter(patta) of land in back date (2015 date). And builder prepare patta last week. I am confident how it possible because this society not working as per authority. Please advise to me this society patta is valid or not ?

A.Hi,
Find out whether the information about the society being cancelled is true. If yes, ask the builder about the patta he has issued. Talk to the other buyers and get a lawyer, and seek collective action against the builder if he has wrongfully allotted the land to you.

More information will be required on this. If the Jaipur development authority has cancelled the society, you need to talk to the builder and ask him about the patta he has given. The reasons for cancellation are also necessary and you need to make sure that the information is valid. Please talk to a lawyer incase the society is invalid and find out what action the other buyers are going to take against the builder.

what all other owners are doing for their money/land ?
