Its been 13 years of my marriage.i am having two kids.my hubby dsnt care us.means giving money n al but he is nt responsive.by v r nt living a happy married life.al responsiblities r mine.he loves me dsnt care me.abuse me n al.he hurts me n listen to outsiders only.he dsnt knw how to live in society.my family is effecting.kids r affecting.he is nt medicaly fit.he has biopolar disorder.drink alchohol.his financialy n family ngmt.is poor.he dsnt knw how to deal wd family.he gets cruel wen he is nt wel.How to save my family.al relations r taking benefit as i m nt happy wd him.so,i think about divorce.i want to knw the pros n cons after divorce.becz i cant keep my children wd him n i m only housewife.but he loves children a lot.wat to do?

Yes you may file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty, you can also claim for maintenance. And if you want that children should not live with him, then you can get the custody of children.
A petition of divorce could be filed, simultaneously you can also claim custody of children, if you do not wish that children should live with him, moreover, you can also claim maintenance. However, the ground for divorce could be cruelty in your case.
