A.Hello,
In terms of the dissatisfactory response from the Public Information Officer, you can file an appeal by supporting the application with evidence/documents proving otherwise. If this effort turns out to be futile then you can file a second appeal at the Central Information Commission.

A.With regards to the RTI application, you can file an appeal with an officer higher in rank than Public Information Officer.
Details of First Appellate Authority shall be included in PIO's decision letter itself. It is better to search the website (RTI link) of the public authority for FAA details. Attach the documents/evidence that you have to prove otherwise and if the first appeal proves to be futile then file a second appeal with the Central Information Commission as ASI is a central authority.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you are claiming that Archeological Survey of india take illegal possession of private land, if you all valid documents of your ownership then issue a legal notice to the said department, later process the case against the said department
