My 40 yr old wife wants to end 18yr old marriage, file for divorce and leave the house. I am against it. Two daughters aged 17 and 12 wants to stay with me.
Pl advise what legal precaution should i take if
1. My wife leaves the house
2. Files divorce mutually or contested.

A.Hi,
If your wife has contested divorce, you have to also present your side, however, you at the same time you can file a custody suit, to get the custody of your children.

A.Hi,
Your wife cannot file mutual divorce since you are not agreed on the same, however if she files a divorce petition, you can contest the same, additionally a custody petition could be filed for the custody of your two daughters.
