Property Problem Property Problem

Hello, Everyone, My father is having a property in Mumbai in his name but on the ration card, my uncle & grandfather's name is also there. (My uncle and & grandfather don't have any contribution to this property).
Now my uncle wanted membership in this however he is accepting that he has not contributed and even my grandfather is also from our side and saying he also not helped my father to take this property.
My uncle is trying to make pressure on us and he is saying he wants half in Mumbai property then only he will give village property (here Imp to note that in village home and land 10 bishha is taken by my father only and my grandfather is from our side.).
We don't have any proof and less contact in the village any never thought of this type of scenario.

A.Hi,
If the property was acquired by your father of his own effort and not ancestral (something he inherited), then your father can file a suit for declaration of title to have the Court declare who the lawful owner of the property is.

A.Hi,
If the property is ancestral, then the uncle and grandfather are also entitled to shares as they are legal heirs. However, if it is self-acquired property, your father has the sole ownership rights. You can file a suit for declaration of title to have the owner of the property be declared in Court.

A.Dear Client
As per your submission the property in Mumbai is your father self acquired property so your uncle and any other have no any legal right over that property,
Coming to village ancestral property your father and yourself have equal rights as of your uncle, deal all the above legally, nothjnv needed to get tensed as legally you are strong as per your details
