Illegal construction

I am from Delhi and and i am the 3rd generation living in our house which is not a legal construction is there any way we can authorised this construction

You can file a suit for adverse possession and then declaration of title. You can then approach the sub-registrar's office to have to necessary documents legitimized.

A.You need not to hanker for legality of your construction. All old constructions are legal and legitimate unless they are such dilapidated that they pose a threat to human habitation to its residents and neighborhoods. Don't worry and live peacefully.
