Property fraud Property fraud

My uncle wanted to sell his ancestral property which is then was owned by my grandfather (who is no more). My family bought that property but my uncle randomly signed the registry with different signature.and now he is claiming he didn't know when the property was sold and my family commited fraud. Then he filed a forgery case against my family and witnesses ( my other uncle and nambardar) in which we got a clean chit from the police but he is again trying to reopen the forgery case.
