Clueless what to do Clueless what to do

My father had died recently. Now I dont know if he had any will or not. We are now mother and son (me) and daughter (all unmarried) left.
In one district, my father was living with his family and that house was built by my grandfather and all 5 brothers of my father were their with their families.
After few years, my father has come to Kolkata and built a house of his own and we are still living on the house.
My father made a LPG gas connection in my name.
Now, my mother , sister and her aunt is (very surely) conspiring to deprive me of the whole property.
My mother wants her sister (my aunt with her daughter) be in the current house and me be gone outside and separated with my job. She is repeating her desire all the time that I take a job outside Kolkata. My mother prefers my sister over me.
She also said that my father was agreed that the grandfather house be given to my sister and Kolkata house I may live.
Now she is not ready to share my fathers death certificate. Also I dont know what to do.
Please advise.

A.Hi,
In such circumstances you can claim your share in the property by the way of filing a partition suit.

A.Hi,
If your father has made no will, then all the legal heirs are equally entitled to receive the property, and to claim your share you can file a partition suit.
