My wife is demanding for living separately from my parents with a reason saying she want to work and be independent. But this reason is actually trained by her family. Also moving out from my parents will put me in econamic crisis as rent in Bangalore and home maintaince. Now she also says no for a child and has went to her parents house to make me starve. Can i know pls know how to proceed further. Also i am scared they may put a dowry and harasment case just to blackmail me, my parents are aged, 60 and 58yr old, how do i protect them from false cases?
A.Immediately file an Intimation in your nearest Police Station, detailing out everything so that your defense is stronger when your wife files any cases and thereafter file a Divorce case on the grounds cruelty.

A.1) Restitution of Conjugal Rights, it will help you to bring out her reason and if her reason not satisfied by Court you will exempted from maintenance.
That Petition is to such a manner that all her defenses and all her moves should be anticipated and a move against it.
2) of she insulted or harassed your father then lodge complaint in police station.

A.You must take care of parents during their old age which you have to do morally also. The demand if your wife is illogical and foolish also. Take the assistance of common friends and relatives to negotiate the matter. You can also take help of mediation centre situated in every district court.
