Annulment of Marriage for My Sister withing one year of arrange marriage (happened on 16 Feb 2020)

Groom has tilted legs, and effect of Polio on whole body.Poor eyes can't see anything without spectacles. Psychological disorders of crying, anger, threat of committing suicide. Fraud business of Tatkal ticket and police cases n Jail for it.
Is annulment possible on these true n without any exaggerated grounds. Thank you.
