A.Hi,
Serve him with legal notice to vacate. If he does not comply, you can file a suit for eviction and have him removed by physical force, if necessary.

A.Hi,
Serve him with legal notice to vacate and then file a suit for eviction against him. You will have to apply to the Sub-Registrar's office for a mutation certificate.

A.Your case is of permissive licence. Firstly get your property mutated in your name by making payment if required fee and charges and thereafter sent a legal notice calling your brother to vacate the premises and if he does not vacate the premise then file suit for possession etc.

A.Firstly get your property mutated in your name in govt record so that brother cannot make manipulation and thereafter sent a legal notice asking for vacation of property and if notice is not complied then file suit for possession and damages.
