one person here land money without any liance and cheat with people after interest and amount paid put there cheqe on court and demand much money is any thing we do on it , the money lending person take two blank cheqe , one stamp and pronot for it,
take 10000 ka 12000 13000 in daily installment , engry in diary ya whtup

A.Hi,
He can be punished under your state's Money Lenders Act. It is a punishable offence to lend money for commercial gain without a license.
You can also complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

A.Hi,
They can be punished under your state's Money Lenders Act. These legislations vary slightly from state to state, but they all make moneylending without license an offence. In addition, you can also complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.
