Divorce by Mutual Concent Divorce by Mutual Concent

Need to file for a divorce by mutual consent. Have been married for 2 years and 2 months, no kids. Kindly let me know the charges and other details related to the process like time taken, documents required etc. Also, this needs to be only between me and my partner, neither of the families would be getting involved.

A.Hi,
We will be happy to assist you with this. The costs would depend on the individual lawyer's rates. You will need to take passport photos, the marriage certificate and proof of residence, income and identification. The Court gives the couple six months to reconsider once the application is first brought before it.
