My father has been pressurized by his sibling and their sons over property. Firstly one of his siblings made a fraud and sold a mutual property, after his death, the money was taken by his three sons. Now they are not agreeing to give money, when my father ask for, they are negotiating on other property. And also now they sent a notice saying that my father has threaten them, which is not correct. He never said that, and other relatives also making pressure on him to sacrifice, they are harassing indirectly. They isolated my family. In all these one of my father's sibling is taking advantage and playing a kind of game to have property advantage. How can law help here.

A.Hi,
They can be punished for making false claims under Section 209 IPC. Your father can file a suit for declaration of title and then have an injunction order passed against their harassment.

A.Hi,
File a suit for declaration of title. Once the Court decrees that the property belongs to your father, your cousins cannot do anything about it. They can be punished under Section 209 IPC for making false claims. If they persist in harassing you, you can obtain protection orders from Court.
