A.Hi,
Complain to the police about their criminal intimidation and extortion under Sections 383, 503 and 506 IPC.
You must also inform the police about their fraud and cheating and file a suit for declaration of title.
The money you paid them can be recovered with a civil money recovery suit.

A.Hi,
File a case against them for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. They can also be punished for extortion and criminal intimidation under Sections 383, 503 and 506 IPC.
Your money can be recovered from them by filing a civil money recovery suit. You can then file a suit for declaration of title of the property.
