@advocateAnik, Can an employer do this with his employee ?
There is a job agreement of 8 years between employee Mr.Karan & employer Mr.Arjun. the job agreement mentions that Mr.Karan cannot be fired from his job from 1st day to 7 th year of agreement but after the 7th year, in the 8th year, Mr.Arjun can fire Mr.Karan without any reason, if he wants, it's depend upon the decision of Mr.Arjun..
Then, after the 7th year
1. Will it be easy for employer to kick-out his employee without any reason from his business?
2. Do you think that employee will occupy [kabja] the office after the 7th year [in the 8th year] If he was the only one who was taking care of the building as an employee till the 7th year of agreement ?
3. Will there be chances of a court case, both against each other at court, legally ?
4. If there'll be a court case , what's your opinion? Can employer win the case instantly, in the first hearing within 1 month ?
A. Is this a perfect plan for employer ?
It depend upon the terms and conditions of the contract to determine whether the employer can fire you or not. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
