My stepmother had a daughter from her first husband. Now what will happen after my stepmother's death? Will my fathers full property go to her daughter from her first husband. Can i challenge this Will? How can my father gift his ancestral property to my stepmother when my mother and I am still alive?

A.Hi,
You can challenge this will your stepmother claims to have, if you doubt its authenticity. As your father's legal heir, you can claim a share of all his assets unless he has already transferred them to someone else. File a suit for partition of the house.
The daughter will not have a right over the house if the will is forged.

A.Hi,
You have a right to claim any undivided property your late father possessed, as his legal heir. As such, you can file a suit for partition or declaration of title of the house. Your stepsister cannot claim the house unless your stepmother leaves it to her in her will. You can challenge your father's will if you have reasons to doubt its legitimacy.
