Section under which I can seek protection

am a businessman and today my wife visited my workplace to discuss our divorce. She is 50% owner of the property (on paper). I know I can't stop her, but she is doing this purposely to tarnish my image in front of my staff. Is there any way I can stop her from coming there. She can always reach out to my lawyer and seek an appointment to discuss any agenda at a venue and time that works for both of us. Disturbing me at the workplace is an harrasment. Is there any section in the law that I can use to keep her in check?

As she is the property's co-owner, she has a lawful right to be there. You can try approaching her directly to sort this issue out. Failing this, you can opt for mediation or arbitration.

A.Hi,
No, she is well within her rights to approach you regarding the divorce settlement. In addition, you have also stated she is a co-owner of the property, this gives her a lawful right to be there at any time she chooses. We would recommend couples therapy to resolve your lack of communication, you are more likely to get a better response approaching her directly.

A.Legally you cannot stop your wife from entering your office premises if she's 50% owner of the business. However I suggest you to go ahead with your divorce by mutual consent and put this as a term that in return of permanent alimony of so so amont she shall transfer her ownership to you. Though I think this my not be an easy task but advisable being beneficial in the long term. Or otherwise you can file a civil case for defamation and seek injunction from defaming you by your wife but this would not be a permanent solution to your larger issues and there will be multiplicity of litigations tomorrow if she in return files case claiming something else.
