Can a POA(irrevocable) made by my wife in my name for all d matters related to property post d death of father in law be still in force post d death of my mother in law, latter being a donee and former being a doner as per a gift deed by former in favour of later.
My wife is a daughter, class 1 legal heir under Hindu Succession Act.

A.Hi,
Yes, it will remain valid even if your father in law and mother in law die. The POA was executed by your wife, so it will remain valid until she is alive. Father in law and mother in law's death wouldn't affect the attorney made in your favor.

A.Hi,
Yes, the POA will still be valid until your wife is alive because she has executed the POA and not your father-in-law and mother-in-law. Their death doesn't affect the execution of POA in your favor. It will remain valid. Thank You. If you found this helpful, do rate us.
