How to challenge notary agreement in ancestral property right How to challenge notary agreement in ancestral property right

my father, me, my 2 brothers and my 1 sister make an agreement on how to divide the property in the future (now it is under construction) and is notarized.
On one side of the party is my father (giver) and on the other side me and my siblings
(recipient).

the whole property is ancestral

But after the notary I feel that I am not satisfied, because there is not 1: 1: 1: 1 ratio.
So now how do I cancel or challenge this notarized agreement. Or the validity of a notarized contract.
and
the whole property is ancestral so i have right to file suit or not if they are not in mood to cancel the notary agreement
Please suggest me any suggestions
Thank you

Anik

A.Hi,
Make a petition to the Court to have this agreement struck down. You can then draft a new deed with your family.
