f in share certificates 2 names are there but 100% payment was made by the person whose name is standing first in share certificate in this scenario what are the rights of person whose name is standing second but no contribution made.

A.Hi,
Both of you have rights on the shares even though the payment was not made by you. Your name on the share certificate makes you the shareholder for the same and hence you get all the rights over it.

A.Hi,
Even though you didn't make the payment for the shares if your name is there on the share certificate, it makes you the 50% partner/ owner of the share and hence you get all the ownership rights over the shares.

A.Both of them have equal rights over the joint property irrespective of who is making payment if both of them are co-owners in the registered agreement in respect of the property.
