Society Name Spelling in old and new document

I am buying a property where the owner and builder old agreement has a small typing issue in the name of society example instead of Yashodevi, it is Yeshodevi. Do i need to make new document as per old agreement or shall i use same name written on society board ? will it impact my home loan process? Can i put a clause in my agreement that both the name are of same society? Please help.

It is advisable for you to get a declaration signed by the society owner/ builder that there was a typing error in the agreement. If you wish, you can get a fresh agreement typed.
