A.Since there is a civil suit they cannot sell the property , moreover if you are able to prove the WILL then the property will belong to the persons as mentioned in the will or else the property will be divided among all the children of your grand mother.

A.Hi,
As the property ownership has already been transferred in your father's and uncle's name, they have their absolute rights over it. Other parties cannot sell the property without their permission. If it's a registered document then it is legal and valid in the eyes of law and hence cannot be considered fake.

A.Hi
They cannot sell the property without your permission, even though the proceedings are taking time, the property is in your father's and uncle's name as your grandmother had transferred to them through her will. Other people cannot claim the property, as no share had been given to them through the will. The registered will is valid in the eyes of law and thus, cannot be proved fake.
