#Vaidehi, #Ayantika
If i take blank dated cheque from Arnab & from his three family memebers, then, i'll make an agreement with them, if they agree,
In Agreement, it'll be written that if any loss'll take place because of Arnab, then, arnab & his three family members will be responsible for this loss & they'll need to pay the amount of loss to me..
If they don't pay the loss amount, then, All of them will go to jail according to the law of cheque bounce..
CAN I DO THIS ? I Mean, IS IT LEGAL ?
