Is there any legal provision regarding clearing of trees along the border of two different properties?..my neighbors had planted them almost near the border so that we can't build a wall..now they are not ready to chop the tress and we cant build a wall without doing that

A.first depends on municipal rules of area abt chopping of trees.
people can plant on their property but not in your property which affects your rights of your property.
you can build wall in your property and anything affecting your property then you have right to remove it.
There are many ways to teach them their own cleverness.
first send a legal notice by lawyer, it might itself solve problem.

A.First file a suit for declaration and demarcation of your property and once it is done then apply under the same for a commission for presenting the court with the actual condition at the boundary to enlighten the court about the predicament of yours because of the trees that is precluding you from getting the wall built. You can either make the forest department a party in the suit and seek permission from them in the suit to cut those trees or in the alternative you can seek permission from them after you get a decree from the court without impleading them.

In another way for quick relief you can proceed under section 145 crpc. contact a lawyer who can file the case under either of the above provision depending what suits you best.
