How much share in Ancestral property of Grandfather A1, Everyone will get?
Grandfather A1 have 3 Sons:- A1a, A1b, A1c.
A1a have wife x.
A1b have wife y.
A1c have wife z.
A1a & X have four sons :- x1, x2, x3, x4.
A1b & Y have three sons:- y1, y2, y3.
A1c & Z have two sons:- z1, z2.
Assume, If property worth Rs. 1,00,000 /-
How much share everyone will get in ancestral property of A1.
If A1 is alive.. & If not..

A.Dear Sir,
The property will be divided according to Hindu Succession Act. A1a, A1b, A1c will get 1/3rd of the A1 property 100000/3 = 33333, further their sons will get the share of their father equally divided among them.x1, x2, x3, x4= 33333/4= 8333 per person.
y1, y2, y3= 33333/3= 11111 per person.z1, z2= 33333/2= 16666.6 per person.

A.Dear Sir,
First the property will be divided according to personal laws. So, according to Hindu Succession Act. A1a, A1b, A1c will get 1/3rd of the A1 property 100000/3 = 33333
x1, x2, x3, x4= 33333/4= 8333 per person.
y1, y2, y3= 33333/3= 11111 per person.
z1, z2= 33333/2= 16666.6 per person.

A.It would depend if A1 belong to the mitakshara hindu law (north India) or dayabhaga school of hindu law (eastern India) .

A.Hii, A1a get 1/3 share = 33,333, A1b get 1/3 share = 33,333, A1c get 1/3 share =33,333
and as A1a has 4 sons
x1 get 1/4 share of his father's property that is 33,333 =8,333.25, x2 get 1/4 share of his father's property that is 33,333 =8,333.25, x3 get 1/4 share of his father's property that is 33,333 =8,333.25, x4 get 1/4 share of his father's property that is 33,333 =8,333.25
As A1b has 3 sons
y1 get 1/3 share of his father's property that is 33,333 =11,111, y2 get 1/3 share of his father's property that is 33,333=11,111, y31 get 1/3f share of his father's property that is 33,333= 11,111

z1 and z2 get the 1/2 share of his father's share that is 33,333= 16,666.5
