What is the procedure to evict tenant who also happens to be father for the purpose of sale of property. father adamant on not vacating my house.

A.If your father is living as your tenant in another of your properties where you do not reside, you can definitely ask him to vacate that property and to come and offer him to stay with you instead. If your father is also your tenant, you have to proceed against him in the same manner as you would against any other tenant. However, you do have an obligation to maintain him, so you can always offer that come and stay with you.

A.ti maintain parents is a obligation for son as per law. You can not evict your father from your house until there is some legal point is involved

A.As per your question, the document of property are in the name of your father and you have made the payments first get documents executed in your name and then you may file case
